Burdy's Barn Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Burdy's Barn. If something isn’t quite right, our return policy makes it easy for you to return or exchange eligible items.


Return Window

  • You have 7 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange. Items sent back to us after this period may not be eligible for store credit.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags still attached. Items returned without these conditions may not qualify for store credit. Please note, we do not accept any returns with human hair or excessive animal hair covering the garments. We will offer a 50% store credit, or we will send the item(s) back to you at no charge if the above is found.
  • Final Sale Items: discounted items, items marked final sale, gift cards, intimate apparel, swimwear, and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Email us at Burdysbarn@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label (if applicable). Please securely and neatly package your item(s) and attach the label for easy shipping.
  3. Drop Off: Take your package to the nearest post office or drop-off location.

Refunds & Processing

  • Refunds Burdy's Barn gladly accepts returns for store credit only which you will receive within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Return Shipping: A return shipping fee of $5 will be deducted from your store credit. Burdy's Barn does not exchange items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please email us at burdysbarn@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
  • The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects
